I’ve just read Phillip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy – and it’s brilliant.
Friends have told me to read it for years but I’ve always been reluctant. I thought it was a children’s book but I was totally wrong.
I’ve been so gripped by all three books that I’ve missed my tube stop on several occasions!
